The new form feature isn’t very user friendly or intuitive I find.
In the old CMS having basic name, address, phone number fields was far easier to implement.
When you place a ‘Text Input’ field into a form, the form automatically fills the ‘label/identifier’ value into the customer input field. If there is a default value or not the user has to erase the text to type over it. See example shot where the identifier is called “Full Name”.
How would a user know to type over this field on the RSH? I have been filling the field with a “please fill name here, please type age here” etc. Even with this instruction the user wouldn’t know to erase the text first.Its important the forms are easy to use! It is not clear where the user needs to fill in due to the field being the same colour.
