All email notifications from the app CMS (order confirmations etc) were being sent out as Eazi-Apps with the email ID email@example.com. We have now setup the following:
- Email notifications from the CMS are now being sent out from firstname.lastname@example.org
- The senders ID/name is ‘Mobile App Notification’.
- If anyone replies to any of these emails, they will get the following message ‘This mailbox is not monitored. Please contact the organisation or system administrator for any queries. Thank you.’
This has been an issue with some partners in the past and we hope this will be useful to the network
